Ruth is formally qualified in the field of government procurement, and particularly in procurement probity. She has the highest level of vocational qualifications (Graduate Certificate in Strategic Procurement) and the highest level academic qualifications (PhD and MBA). These qualifications evidence her specific knowledge relating to procurement and probity issues. Ruth’s assembly of professional knowledge is rare.
Our Origins
For almost 20 years Bayley and Associates was one of Australia’s largest providers of vocational procurement training and support to government. We sold our VET training division in 2017 and have since focused on providing strategic procurement and probity advising.
